Bryar Brown comes to CCD Innovation with a wealth of culinary experience and expertise in a wide range of ethnic cuisines and healthful cooking styles. The son of Bay Area restaurateurs, Bryar began his culinary career at Oakland’s beloved Bay Wolf restaurant. He spent several years under Alice Waters at famed Chez Panisse before launching his own catering company, Carter Brown Catering, with a cooking colleague. Recently, he has worked as a Private Chef. Bryar is committed to organic, seasonal and regional cooking and has a background in nutrition and wine.
