We’re wrapping up The Chef’s Special series with our newest Chefs’ Council Member, Joe Sasto. Joe believes that the pandemic is not only causing us to rework the concept of restaurant dining, but forcing the country as a whole to reflect on how our inherent systems of justice, politics and community are built. He spends his sheltered-in-place days crafting beautifully vibrant pasta for his virtual cooking classes and Instagram feed.
