Working with Off the Grid, Michelle has been cooking with sustainable seafood and creating plant-based menu items to inspire customers to be more mindful of the impact their food choices have on the planet. While she recognizes the struggles that the restaurant industry is facing right now, Michelle hopes that this time will act as a reset to help initiate positive change across all industries.
