Challenge

Nai Arabia, now known as Nai World, is an international brand offering natural products that play to the traditions and history of the Middle East and North Africa. Nai approached us to develop its products with authentic flavors of the Middle East and North Africa region with a contemporary twist, and launch them through an international supply chain.

Approach

Nai World wanted to launch a line of ready-to-drink bottled teas. After we completed a strategic plan to help Nai achieve its goals, we developed four tea flavors, sourced a U.S.-based contract manufacturer, and guided both the brand and manufacturer through the process of starting production and solidifying their business relationship. This partnership enabled Nai to distribute product to the U.S., Canada, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. Upon the success of the initial line of teas, Nai asked us to develop additional tea flavors. Today, we continue to help build the brand’s product offerings and improve efficiencies in its supply chain.

Results

We delivered against the challenge of a truly Arabic moment that has been embraced by consumers in the Middle East and North Africa. In fact, Nai World’s bottled tea line is on pace with global soda brands throughout the region. As this bottled tea line continues to gain market share, we will continue development and commercialization work to launch Nai World’s new snack offerings.
